Refund Policy

At AG DRONES INC. (agridrones.ca), we are committed to providing high-quality, technically advanced drone products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are granted, in accordance with British Columbia’s consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Returns outside this window or for used/opened items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

Drones that have been activated, flown, or custom-configured
Software licenses or digital downloads
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Defective or Damaged Products

If your drone arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue
Cover return shipping costs for verified defects or damage

All claims must include photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Please call immediately upon discovery of defect or damage.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is defective or damaged
The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Warranty and Support
